PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full Payment:
Pay the entire tuition amount by the start date, which includes a $150 non-refundable deposit.
Instalment Plan:
Upon registration, a $150 deposit is due to secure your spot. This payment confirms your registration and is non-refundable. The remaining payments will be made in instalments scheduled for August 1st, October 1st, December 1st, and March 1st.

Our program fees are carefully planned to cover the many costs that go into creating and holding these programs — including staff, insurance, land rental, supplies, and materials. Many of these commitments need to be made well in advance of the program itself, often before we know exactly how the season will unfold.
When you register, your commitment allows us to make those arrangements with confidence and prepare a meaningful experience for your children. We know that family plans can shift, and we always appreciate open communication when something comes up. At the same time, we ask that families understand that their registration is also what makes it possible for us to commit to the people, places, and resources that bring these programs to life.
It is truly a privilege to create these spaces alongside local families. Thank you for trusting us with your children, for being part of our community, and for helping make these experiences possible.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the program.
Yearlong Weekly Programs
Your payment commitment is for the entire year. Refunds are handled as follows:
Before August 1: Full tuition refunded, minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
After August 1: If you decide to withdraw, we require two months’ notice. Refunds will be issued minus:
Days your child attended.
Two months’ tuition.
The $150 deposit.
Any remaining fees will be refunded or cancelled.
After December 31: Fees are non-refundable.
Program Cancelled by Little Knapsack
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a program day due to unfavourable weather conditions. In these cases, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we will explore the possibility of scheduling one make-up day.
If a program has low enrollment and needs to be canceled before the start date, we will provide a full refund,
