Honouring Body Wisdom

Blossom Circle is a nurturing two-day experience designed to support young girls as they approach or experience their first Moon. Through gentle, age-appropriate guidance, girls are introduced to menstruation, body literacy, and emotional well-being—growing in confidence and learning to honour the wisdom of their bodies.

Cycles, Power & Embodied Wisdom

Girls explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal—and discover how each phase influences energy, emotions, creativity, and rest. We also introduce simple foods and herbal teas that can gently support each phase.

Hands-On Making:

  • Period Tracking Bracelet— A beautiful, interactive tool that helps girls track their cycle and become gently attuned to their body's natural rhythms over time

  • Herbal Tea Sachets— Blended for comfort, grounding, and gentle emotional support

  • MoonEase Roll-On— A calming belly blend to ease tension and support comfort during cramping

Community, Voice & Collective Care

Through Sharing Circles, gratitude practices, nature connection, and compassionate listening, girls practice being seen, heard, and supported. These experiences nurture emotional expression, reflection, and a sense of belonging.

About the Space

Blossom Circle offers a safe, caring environment where girls build body awareness, confidence, and self-respect—while connecting with one another and the natural world.

Guided by experienced facilitators, including Genevieve Dupont, trained through the Journey of Young Women Mentor Training Program under Katharine Krueger, each circle is held with warmth, intention, and care.
