The Blossom Circle Camp is a nurturing and compassionate 1-day experience designed to support young girls as they grow in confidence and learn to appreciate the beauty of their bodies and menstrual cycles. Our focus is solely on menstruation, body literacy, and emotional well-being, shared in an age-appropriate and supportive way.
A central part of our day is creating a Period Tracking Bracelet—a beautiful, interactive tool that helps girls gently attune to the natural rhythms of their menstrual cycle. This activity offers a simple, empowering way to build awareness and confidence as they learn about their bodies.
Our time together includes core routines such as Sharing Circles, Gratitude Shares, Wandering, and Compassionate Listening. These practices foster connection, reflection, and a sense of belonging—both within the group and within the natural world.
Here, girls build meaningful connections, share experiences, and support one another on their journey of self-discovery. Join us in this safe, caring space for growth and connection
We also offer private sessions for up to 6 participants that can be hosted at your location. Bring the camp to your home or community space for a personalized, cozy, and engaging experience.
.Guided by seasoned facilitators, including Genevieve Dupont, who completed the Journey Of Young Women Mentor Training Program under the mentorship of Katharine KruegeI.
