The Blossom Circle Camp is a nurturing and compassionate experience designed to support young girls as they grow in confidence and learn to appreciate the beauty and wisdom of their bodies. Through gentle guidance, girls are introduced to menstruation, body literacy, and emotional well-being in a supportive, age-appropriate way.

A central focus of our day is learning about the phases of the menstrual cycle—including the menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases—and how each phase can influence energy levels, emotions, and self-care needs. This understanding helps girls recognize that their bodies move in natural rhythms and that every phase has its own strengths.

As part of this learning, participants create a Period Tracking Bracelet—a beautiful, interactive tool that helps girls track their cycle and become gently attuned to these natural phases over time. This hands-on activity builds awareness, confidence, and a sense of trust in their bodies.

Our time together also includes core routines such as Sharing Circles, Gratitude Shares, Wandering, and Compassionate Listening. These practices foster reflection, emotional expression, and a deep sense of belonging—both within the group and in connection with the natural world.

Here, girls form meaningful connections, share experiences, and support one another on their journey of self-discovery. The Blossom Circle Camp offers a safe, caring space where curiosity, confidence, and self-respect can grow.

We also offer private sessions for up to 8 participants, hosted at your home or community space. This option brings the camp experience to you in a cozy, personalized, and engaging setting.

Guided by seasoned facilitators, including Genevieve Dupont, who completed the Journey of Young Women Mentor Training Program under the mentorship of Katharine Krueger, each session is held with warmth, care, and expertise.
