Blossom Circle (10-13 yr olds) Camp
Dates: May 16-17
Location: Good Nature Farm: 2795 Grafton Ave, Qualicum
Age: 10-13 years old
Time: 10 to 3
The Blossom Circle Camp is a nurturing and compassionate 2-day camp, offering a space for young girls to grow in confidence and embrace the beauty of their bodies and menstrual cycles. Through nature-based activities, art, and herbal medicine, we guide the girls in celebrating their femininity, learning to care for themselves, and deepening their connection with their bodies.
On Day 1, we’ll gather together to create a Period Tracking Bracelet—a gentle and interactive tool to help them tune into the rhythms of their menstrual cycle.
On Day 2, the girls will explore their creativity through self-expression projects and craft soothing herbal remedies to support their well-being.
Our days together will include core routines such as Sharing Circles, Gratitude Shares, Sit Spots, Wandering, Compassionate Listening, and Nature Journaling. These practices foster connection, reflection, and a deeper sense of belonging within the group and with the natural world.
Blossom Circle is more than a camp; it’s a circle of support, inspiration, and encouragement, where girls build lasting friendships, share experiences, and empower each other on their journey of self-discovery.
Join us in this safe and loving space for growth and connection.
Guided by seasoned facilitators, including Genevieve Dupont, who completed the Journey Of Young Women Mentor Training Program under the mentorship of Katharine KruegeI, and Certified birth doula MInette Moolman
