2019/2020 Deposit Friday Adventures


Our tuition reflects what it takes to run our program. This includes funding for our incredible team of facilitators, the rental of the enchanted land that we use, insurance, supplies and materials.

The cost is to be paid in 4 installments. Your first payment of 100$ is due upon registration and is nonrefundable. The rest is to be paid in 3 installments on August 1, December 1, and March 1st. *There is a $50 administration fee due in September (paid by cheque or e-transfer)

Refund Policy:

Little Knapsack Club is thankful for and depends on the income that we receive from program tuition fees. Thank You From the Bottom of our Heart!

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

  • 6 weeks or longer before program start date: Full Tuition is Returned (minus deposit)

  • Under 6 weeks before program start date: No Refund Available

After the program start date or during the program:

If you wish to withdraw your child, we ask a two month’s notice (e-mail), on the 1st day of the month. This gives the children a chance to say goodbye to a friend and allows us to organize a ceremony to mark this important stage. As it is very difficult to fill spaces at the end of the school year, after March, our fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for missed class days, including cancellations due to weather or other causes. - Little Knapsack Club is unable to offer make-up days for missed classes.
